Our digital products, including The Thyroid Clarity Workbook, are delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be accessed and retained after delivery, purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered or accessed.
We therefore do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind or no longer wish to use the product.

If you have completed a purchase but are genuinely unable to access or download your digital product because of a technical or delivery issue, please contact us.
